Oasis and Warehouse Ltd has an in-house Accounts Payable/Revenue team vacancy who’s role is to process duly authorised supplier invoices and employee expenses. This is a part-time (28 hours per week), 12 month maternity cover contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Supporting Team members with duties and deadlines
  • Resolving Supplier invoice queries
  • Processing Oasis expenses, credit card statements and currency advances
  • Running Reports
  • Checking Approved invoices for posting
  • Making sure deadlines are met
  • Processing approved invoices for payment
  • Inputting duty and Freight invoices
  • Processing and detailing breakdowns of DHL invoices, ensuring supplier is paid to terms and costs are accurately charged
  • Scanning invoices and archiving, keeping accurate archive records
  • Checking supplier bank details are correct and invoice input stage
  • Processing payments onto various banking systems, making sure supplier bank details are kept up to date-Franchise and Wholesale admin/invoicing

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of MS packages such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • The ability to manage a varied workload to tight deadlines
  • Must be confident with financial and non financial professionals
  • Exceptional level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
  • High level of self-motivation and commitment
  • Confident, professional and strong personality
  • Accounts Payable experience of managing change is desirable but not essential
