We have an exciting 12 month fixed term Reward Administrator opportunity at our office based in Stanton, Oxfordshire. This role will commence in September 2019.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports the Reward Analyst by managing all benefits adminstration on a monthly and annual basis.They will manage all initial queries on all benefits and company cars, referring more complex queries to the Reward Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all invoices relating to benefits, producing employee data reports and sending out monthly pension and life assurance letters.The Reward Adminstrator will also complete all external information requests.
