Oasis Fashions are looking to recruit a Creative Coordinator to join our Creative Team in our Shoreditch Head Office

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively provides the Creative Manager and Creative Director with design ideas for all creative projects and supports with bringing all creative projects in on time and within budget
  • Creates and presents visuals for window concepts using Photoshop and InDesign
  • Creates weekly styling updates in both PDF and vlog formats for stores of all tiers, ensuring all styling messages are clear and on-brand. Provides and coordinates creative training in both practical sessions and through the creation of vlogs.
  • Creates communications for stores ahead of each window launch in both PDF and vlog format and collates feedback afterwards to ensure the communications are relevant and easy to use
  • Manages the windows section of The Hub (Oasis Intranet) to ensure all uploaded communications are up to date
  • Creates print briefs for the in-house graphics team and external print suppliers and coordinates the process through to delivery
  • Creates briefs for the production of window props for external suppliers and coordinates the process through to delivery
  • Coordinates all logistics to facilitate prop and mannequin deliveries, including ordering window props for stores and coordinating the mannequin renovation process
  • Manages and conducts regular competitive store visits and submits recaps and inspiration to the wider department as well as conducting weekly Oasis store visits to update product knowledge
  • Attends the monthly Stylefile set-up, leading the mannequin and torso styling proposition and installing new window schemes and providing the Regional Visual Trainers and In-store Visual Merchandisers with styling inspiration
  • Is the direct contact for stores during and after window installations
  • Assists with the installation of new window schemes in the Argyll Street store
  • Manages the creative proposition of the Little House of Oasis stores. Designing bespoke window schemes as needed and coordinating the production process through to delivery and installation
  • Works in partnership with the Marketing department to manage the creative calendar of the Little House of Oasis stores and deliver necessary creative to promote local events
  • Provides the administrative support to the department including monthly budget accruals, and supporting the Creative Director when needed with diary management, travel and credit card reconciliation

  • Highly motivated, able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Able to effectively juggle multiple projects at the same time, whilst working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Must be able to proactively form cross-channel relationships and have excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
  • Must have a passion for design and styling, with a strong awareness of current trends, an eye for detail and a creative flair
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Indesign and Excel, with basic video editing skills a plus
