Job Advert Description:

We are looking to recruit a permanent Buying Coordinator or a Buying Coordinator looking for a year long placement to work in our Buying team based in our Shoreditch Head Office.

This is a role with great prospects for someone who is interested in developing a career in buying and has a passion for fashion and retail!

You will be working within a busy buying department, supporting the Junior Buyers & Buyers in developing and sourcing the Oasis products.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating garment orders
  • Monitoring the critical path
  • Managing all of the fit stages
  • Sample and department co-ordination
  • A range of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the buying team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • We are ideally looking for someone who has completed a relevant qualification and is looking to gain practical industry experience or someone who is currently studying at University and looking for a year long placement opportunity. 
  • Strong commercial awareness and a passion for the brand
  • Self motivated
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Some relevant work experience (i.e. within a high street fashion retailer)
