We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Retention Assistant to join the Digital team at Oasis. The Digital Retention Assistant’s key objective is keeping the Oasis customer happy by communicating to them through the most relevant channel, at the most suitable time, with the most appropriate content. The successful candidate will be crucial to the delivery of our brand’s values and eager to be involved in innovative ways to surprise and delight our loyal customer base.
The Digital Retention Assistant is responsible for the distribution of Oasis marketing emails. They will support the Digital Marketing Coordinator in the management of life cycle communications and aid in database housekeeping. They will assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and provide support in the delivery of our successful affiliate programme. The successful candidate will have a flair for numbers and will not be afraid to get stuck into a variety of digital marketing tasks.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Keen to get stuck in and grow their knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience in retail or fashion is advantageous
- Competent in Excel basics
- Demonstrate an interest in reporting and analytics
- Experience in email campaign execution is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Organised with good time management
